Speedway Project Gets Green Light From Governor
Salem, OR: On July 17, 2007, in a celebration of success marking
the culmination of years of work,
Governor Kulongoski signed Senate Bill 665 into law. The passage
of this legislation allowing the first
changes in the land use laws of Oregon since they were enacted
in the 1970’s, effectively eliminates the
last barrier to the development of a 4,000+-acre raceway destination
resort in Boardman, Oregon.
