Project Status

Since early 2000 the Pacific Northwest Motorsports Park, LLC (PNMP) development team has been working on the concept and development approvals necessary to construct a very exiting complex, the Pacific Northwest Motorsports Park featuring 4.5 mile road course to be located in Boardman, Oregon.
Project Plans, commitments and approvals have come a long way since our initial work efforts.  On ____________________________, PNMP received Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval for Phase I of its project from the Morrow County Planning Board.
Completion of the full approval process is near with construction commencement estimated in the Spring of 2007.
Recently, PNMP announced the Formation of the Pacific Northwest Motorsports Park.  Fill out our club membership application today.
Soon PNMP will be announcing rental rates on its garage rentals, as well as ownership opportunities for trackside garage suites.

RENTAL GARAGES BY THE MONTH

Imagine being able to store and work on your track vehicle at a convenient trackside location.  Pacific Northwest Motorsports Park will be building 50 Garage rentals along with the first Phase of our project. Garage rentals will be approximately 375 square feet each (15' x 25').  Each unit will be leased on a monthly basis with our Founder and Diamond members having priority with respect to reservations.  Each Garage rental unit will be secure and spacious enough to accommodate one (1) track vehicle, workbenches, toolboxes and spares.
You may reserve your Garage Rental NOW!
. . . with only a $100 reservation fee. 
Your deposit will be held in escrow until such time as the garage rental is made available for your use.
The initial monthly rental cost for Garage rental will be $225.00 per month subject to a 6-month minimum rental agreement and on a monthly basis thereafter.
